Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as the parcel has not been shipped, which you will be notified of via email. Please send us an email with your name, contact information, shipping address, and order content. Please make sure the information you provide in the email is the same as what you have given when you made the order, and we will get back to you ASAP.
If your package has already been shipped, we can arrange a return and refund.
I would like to return my order, how can I do that?
We get it, things change! You can return your order within 30 days of purchase (the day your order is confirmed). We will accept your return request as long as the product has not been worn, washed, and is sent back in its original packaging (with the Bible card).
To ensure the product meets the above requirements, please attach photos of the product and send us an email with the return request at email@example.com. We will confirm that the product is eligible for a refund and provide you with an address to send the package to.
We will arrange a refund as soon as possible after we receive the returned order. Please note that for change-of-mind returns, additional fees (eg. shipping fees for the original order and return) are non-refundable.
I received a faulty product, what do I do?
We are so sorry that has happened! At FOMA, we strive to provide great quality clothing to our customers who choose to support us! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the faulty product and we will get back to you ASAP with possible solutions.
